Industrial Carbon Dust Collector

The Carbon Steel Dust Collector operates on a high-efficiency filtration principle, integrating with the Pulse Jet Cleaning System to achieve continuous and stable dust removal. First, industrial dust-laden air (generated from crushing, grinding, conveying and other processes) is drawn into the dust collector through the air inlet. The large-particle dust is initially separated by gravity and falls into the ash hopper, while the fine dust particles enter the filtration chamber with the airflow. The filter element (bag filter or cartridge filter, optional for Carbon Steel Baghouse Dust Collector and Carbon Steel Cartridge Dust Collector) captures the fine dust, allowing clean air to pass through the filter and be discharged from the air outlet, realizing air purification. When the dust on the filter surface accumulates to a certain thickness, the Pulse Jet Cleaning System is automatically activated to spray high-pressure air, which shakes off the dust attached to the filter element and makes it fall into the ash hopper, ensuring the filter maintains high filtration efficiency and low pressure drop (Low Pressure Drop Dust Collector) for long-term operation.
