Impact Roller

Impact rollers are fitted with thick rubber rings to absorb strong impact force. They are installed at all conveyor loading points where large ore and cement clinker fall, protecting belts from crack and tear.

Spiral Return Roller

Also called self-cleaning rollers, spiral return rollers are installed on the return side of belts. Built-in steel spiral strips wipe off sticky clinker, dust and mud on belts to avoid belt deviation caused by material accumulation.

When do I choose galvanized anti-rust conveyor rollers?
