- Adjustable Telescopic Height: The equipment features a telescopic design that allows for flexible adjustment of the operating height, accommodating open-top and tanker trucks of varying heights. This eliminates loading blind spots and improves material loading uniformity. Single-stage and multi-stage telescopic chutes can adapt to a wide range of complex on-site conditions.
- Fully Sealed, Dust-Free Loading: Equipped with highly elastic sealing skirts and a fully enclosed conveying structure, the truck loading chute effectively suppresses dust dispersion, enabling dust-free bulk material loading operations that fully comply with global environmental emission standards.
- Heavy-duty, wear-resistant, and long service life: The main body is constructed from high-strength carbon steel or stainless steel with a built-in thickened wear-resistant lining. This significantly extends the equipment’s service life, even when conveying highly abrasive bulk materials such as coal, ore, and sand and gravel.
- Continuous, stable feeding without blockages: The internal flow channels are optimally designed to ensure smooth conveyance of powdered and granular bulk materials without blockages, meeting the demands of long-term continuous loading operations in industrial settings.
- Simple operation and low maintenance costs: Supports both electric automatic and manual control modes, with easy installation and straightforward operation. The modular design facilitates daily maintenance and repairs, effectively reducing long-term operational costs.
- Customizable solutions: We can tailor the telescoping stroke, pipe diameter, material, and control system of the telescoping loading chute to match specific customer operating conditions, precisely meeting a wide range of specialized loading requirements.

Truck loading sleeves are end-of-line equipment for bulk material handling. They are typically installed beneath various bulk material discharge devices and integrate with complete automated conveying and unloading systems. They are compatible with the vast majority of industrial bulk material production line equipment and offer exceptional compatibility. Common installation locations and compatible equipment include:
- Silos: The most common installation scenario, directly connecting to the discharge outlet at the bottom of the silo to enable automatic loading from the silo. Suitable for various dry powders and granular bulk materials.
- Rotary Airlock Valves: Used in conjunction with rotary airlock valves to stably control material discharge rates and ensure uniform feeding, while preventing backdraft dust and enhancing dust-free loading efficiency.
- Bucket Elevators: Connects to the discharge end of the elevator to complete the final loading operation after material elevation, forming a complete conveying and loading production line.
- Screw Conveyor: Designed to fit the discharge port of a screw conveyor, this solution addresses issues such as scattered discharge, excessive dust generation, and severe spillage at the end of the screw conveyor feed line.
- Discharge Valves: Used in conjunction with various discharge control valves, these enable precise start/stop control of material conveyance. When paired with telescopic chutes, they facilitate controlled and clean loading operations.
Applicable Materials
- Building Materials Industry:Cement, fly ash, lime powder, gypsum powder, talc powder, calcium carbonate powder, slag powder and other ultra-fine building powder materials.
- Mining and Energy:Raw coal, gangue, mineral powder, ore aggregates, quartz stone, crushed stone, slag, metal ore particles and various mine bulk materials.
- Agriculture Industry:Wheat, corn, rice, mixed grains, compound feed, fertilizer granules, dried grain and various agricultural granular materials.
- Chemical Industry:Dry chemical powder, granular chemical raw materials, compound fertilizer, plastic pellets, chemical fillers and other non-sticky dry chemical bulk materials.
- Construction Aggregates:Dry sand, gravel, crushed stone, river pebbles, manufactured sand, engineering backfill materials and hard lump aggregate materials.
- Other Dry Bulk Materials:Covers most non-sticky industrial powder, granular and small lump materials, meeting universal dust-free truck loading demands for all dry bulk goods.
Darko’s telescopic loading chutes for trucks support a variety of standardized configurations, which can be flexibly combined to accommodate different material properties, on-site conditions, environmental and dust control standards, and automated loading requirements. All configurations are based on industry-standard options, requiring no special customization, and can be precisely adapted to various levels of dust-free, intelligent loading scenarios.
1. Level Sensor Configuration
The equipment can be equipped with intelligent level sensors to automatically monitor material fill levels in real time, effectively preventing material overflow and spillage, enabling automatic shutdown when the hopper is full, and achieving fully automated, unmanned loading operations. Currently, three mainstream sensor types are available:
- Vibration-type level sensor: Suitable for various powdered and granular bulk materials, featuring high detection sensitivity, stable operation, and resistance to jamming.
- Capacitive Level Sensor: Suitable for the vast majority of dry bulk materials, it offers strong resistance to interference and is unaffected by on-site dust or slight humidity, making it adaptable to a wide range of operating conditions.
- Rotary Level Sensor: Specifically designed for large-particle, lumpy, and heavy materials, it is wear-resistant, durable, and capable of handling heavy loads, making it suitable for high-intensity loading operations in heavy industry.
2. Loading Control System
The equipment supports both standard wired control and wireless smart control upgrades, significantly simplifying on-site operating procedures while enhancing automation levels and operational safety.
- Wireless Remote Control System: Enables remote control of the telescopic chute’s elevation, loading start/stop, and the initiation and termination of the entire loading process. Operators can work from a distance from the work area, mitigating on-site risks and ensuring more flexible and convenient operation.
3. Double-Layer Corrugated Pipe Structure
The double-layer corrugated pipe is a high-end upgrade option, offering superior sealing and dustproof performance, as well as enhanced tensile strength and durability. It is suitable for high-dust environments and conditions involving frequent, long-duration continuous loading operations.
- Double-layer bellows (without inner cone): Lightweight construction ensures smooth, resistance-free material discharge, making it suitable for standard loading of grain, sand, gravel, and general granular materials.
- Double-layer bellows (with inner cone): Features a built-in inner cone structure that optimizes material flow, effectively preventing material buildup, accumulation, and blockages. This configuration is particularly well-suited for loading ultra-fine powders and easily adhesive bulk materials.
4. Single-Layer Bellows Structure
The single-layer bellows is the standard configuration, offering excellent value for money and fully meeting the requirements for environmentally friendly, dust-free loading under normal operating conditions.
- Single-Layer Bellows (without inner cone): Economical and practical, suitable for standard loading scenarios involving low-dust, general particulate materials.
- Single-layer corrugated tube (with inner cone): Optimizes the material fall trajectory, reduces material splashing, dust generation, and material loss, and improves loading uniformity.
