Working Principle of Telescopic Loading Spout

Equipment Fixation
Fix the telescopic loading spout at the bottom of grain silo discharge ports or belt conveyors via the top drive mounting frame for firm installation and stable operation. -
Initial Operation
After startup, the intelligent control system drives the steel rope lifting system to lower the central telescopic chute and telescopic loading bellows synchronously, keeping the bottom dust-proof sealing skirt close to the loading container bottom or material pile surface. -
Material Conveying
Bulk grain flows smoothly through the central diversion telescopic chute. The buffer structure effectively avoids grain breakage and dust emission caused by material impact. -
Automatic Lifting
As the material pile height increases, the intelligent control system detects material level changes in real time, and automatically drives the steel rope lifting system to raise the main body of the telescopic loading spout synchronously. - Dust-Proof Closed Loop
The bottom dust-proof skirt always keeps a proper distance above the grain pile. The external dust-proof enclosure and telescopic loading bellows form a closed space, trapping impact dust completely and realizing dust-free, low-breakage and spillage-free loading.
