Ultra High Temperature Butterfly Damper for Sale
Description
The ultra-high temperature butterfly damper is a special type of valve designed for extreme high-temperature conditions (≥ 800℃). It features a chrome-molybdenum steel/nickel-based alloy valve body, tungsten carbide sealing surface and a three-sealed eccentric structure, with an instantaneous temperature resistance reaching up to 1400℃.
Performance advantages and features
- High-temperature resistance performance: Achieves long-term stable operation at 1300℃ through the use of refractory concrete lining;
Sealing reliability: Five eccentric structure + metal hard seal (HRC58) ensures ANSI B16.104 VI-level zero leakage;
Resistance to thermal deformation: Thick-walled forged valve body (DN300 with a wall thickness of 30mm) controls the thermal deformation amount to ≤ 0.02mm.
