Cast Iron Rotary Valve for Sale
The cast iron rotary valve is formed as a whole through casting technology, and the materials are mostly cast iron or cast steel. This process enables mass production and the structure is formed in one step, but the precision control is relatively low.
It is also known as a star-shaped ash discharge valve, a rotating feeder, or a blower. Furthermore, it is key equipment specifically designed for pneumatic conveying systems. In addition, it features both continuous material transportation and air pressure isolation functions.
Performance advantages and disadvantages
- Good wear resistance, but lower precision (tolerance ≤ 0.1mm).
- Moderate corrosion resistance, suitable for general dust environments.
- Low cost (advantages of mass production) and simple maintenance.
- Easily deformed by external forces, with weaker sealing.
The service life is usually around 3 years. Accelerated wear may cause the seal to fail and shorten the lifespan.
Usually we have the goods in stock. If the order quantity is large, it will take about 7~10 days for production.
Ductile iron.
