• Filtration Dust Removal Principle (Baghouse / Cartridge / Pulse Dust Collector): Dusty gas enters the equipment under the negative pressure of the fan, and dust is trapped on the surface of filter media such as filter bags or filter cartridges. Clean air penetrates the filter media and is discharged. The dust accumulated on the filter media is cleaned regularly by the ash cleaning system to ensure continuous dust removal efficiency.​
• Centrifugal Separation Principle (Cyclone Dust Collector): Dusty gas enters tangentially along the cylinder to form a high-speed rotating airflow. Under centrifugal force, heavy dust particles are thrown to the cylinder wall, settle into the dust hopper along the wall, and clean air is discharged from the central exhaust pipe. It is ideal for pre-treatment of coarse particle dust.​
• Special Explosion-Proof Dust Removal Principle: Based on conventional filtration/separation principles, anti-static, fire-retardant, pressure relief and explosion suppression designs are added to block the dust explosion transmission chain, ensuring operational safety in flammable and explosive dust working conditions.
