Working Principle of Corrosion Resistant Dust Collector
The working principle of our corrosion resistant dust collector varies slightly by model, but the core is to separate corrosive dust and gas through efficient filtration or centrifugal force, while ensuring the equipment itself is not corroded.
For corrosion resistant baghouse and anti-corrosion cartridge dust collector: Corrosive dust-laden gas enters the equipment, passes through the PTFE filter bags or filter cartridges, where dust particles are captured, and the purified gas is discharged. The anti-corrosion material prevents the filter media and shell from being corroded.
For FRP cyclone dust collector: The gas enters the cyclone cylinder tangentially, forming a high-speed rotating flow. Centrifugal force throws corrosive dust particles to the cylinder wall, which slides down to the ash hopper, while the purified gas is discharged from the exhaust pipe. The FRP material ensures the cylinder is not corroded by harsh gases.
