Working Principle of Wet Desulfurization Dust Collector​

Flue gas containing SO₂ and dust enters the spray tower via the air inlet. A high-pressure spray system releases alkaline absorbents (e.g., limestone slurry) to form a dense liquid film. When flue gas passes through the film, SO₂ reacts with the absorbent to form soluble sulfates, which are discharged with the slurry. Dust particles are captured by liquid droplets and separated by a demister, producing clean, compliant flue gas. This model delivers ultra-high SO₂ and dust removal efficiency for high-concentration flue gas treatment.

Working Principle of Dry Desulfurization Dust Collector

Flue gas flows into the reaction chamber, where dry alkaline absorbents (e.g., slaked lime powder) are injected to react with SO₂, forming solid sulfates and sulfites. The mixture of dust and reaction products is captured by a bag filter, and purified gas is discharged through the chimney.
