The cement ball mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotating part, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electric control) and other parts. The Cement Ball Mill Working Principle is simple and efficient, and it works as follows:
1.The material (cement clinker, slag, fly ash, etc.) is fed into the grinding chamber of the cement ball mill through the feeding device of the cement ball mill.
2.The motor drives the cylinder of the cement ball mill to rotate through the reducer and transmission gear. The grinding media (steel balls) in the cylinder of the cement ball mill are lifted to a certain height by the centrifugal force and then fall down, impacting and grinding the material in the cement ball mill.
3.The material is continuously ground in the cylinder of the cement ball mill, and the qualified material is discharged through the discharging device of the cement ball mill, while the unqualified material is retained in the cylinder of the cement ball mill for further grinding.
4.For the closed circuit cement ball mill, the discharged material from the cement ball mill is sorted by the separator, and the unqualified material is returned to the cement ball mill for regrinding, so as to improve the grinding efficiency and product quality of the cement ball mill.
