Chain-Type Rotary Valve for Sale
The chain-type rotary valve is an industrial discharging equipment specially designed for high-temperature working conditions. It adopts a chain transmission structure to separate the reducer from the housing, effectively solving the problems of lubrication failure and insufficient heat dissipation of traditional star-shaped dischargers in high-temperature environments. Its core components consist of rotor blades made of wear-resistant cast iron or stainless steel. The rotor rotates under the drive of the motor through the chain, causing the materials to fall into the gap between the blades and be discharged uniformly. At the same time, a three-dimensional labyrinth seal structure and adjustable blades are used to achieve a leakage rate lower than 0.01%.
