Double-axis Rotary Valve for Sale
The double-axis rotary valve is equipped with two parallel drive shafts. Through the interlocking of sprockets or gears, it achieves synchronous reverse rotation, enabling the material to be forcibly discharged under the impetus of the blades, thus avoiding the clogging problem caused by material adhesion in the single-axis structure.
The bearing is completely isolated from the material chamber. It is connected to the transmission shaft through sprockets, effectively preventing the material from penetrating the oil seal and contaminating the bearing. This significantly enhances the equipment’s lifespan and operational stability.
Performance feature
- The dual-axis reverse rotation provides shear force, efficiently handling viscous, fibrous or agglomerated materials, with almost no risk of jamming.
- High capacity, strong uniformity in continuous discharging, suitable for high throughput scenarios
- The leakage rate is low (<0.1%), and the sealing performance is even better.
- Usage Scenario
- Optional variable

Yes, Our double-axis rotary valve is designed in a modular way, allowing any component to be purchased separately.
After the first 1 month of operation of the machine, the lubricating oil should be replaced to remove impurities. Then, the oil should be changed at least once a year. The bearings should be lubricated with grease every 3 to 6 months to prevent overheating and leakage.
Sure, we can.
