  • Moisture Content: This is a critical indicator. If it is ≤1%, you can choose a standard model. If it exceeds 1%, you must select an anti-clogging model to prevent blockages.

  • Flowability: For aged ash stored over 3 months, check its flowability. If needed, prioritize models with breaking aids or fluidizing devices.

  • Rated Capacity: Calculate the required capacity (t/h) based on truck volume and your target loading time.
