Huainan Pingwei Power Plant’s 1000MW unit employs an integrated electrostatic-fabric dust collector equipped with Darko’s Φ160 series PTFE composite gradient filter bags. These bags withstand instantaneous temperatures of 190°C and continuous operating temperatures of 165°C, adapting to complex coal conditions including high inlet dust concentration (60g/Nm³), high ash content (33.70%), high moisture (10.10%), and high sulfur (1.30%). The system achieves stable dust emissions below 10mg/Nm³, meeting ultra-low emission standards.

Guizhou Xingyi Power Plant’s 4×300MW unit project employs a pure bag-type dust removal method, utilizing Darko’s Ф135 series PTFE composite gradient filter bags. These bags withstand instantaneous temperatures of 190°C and continuous operation at 170°C, successfully adapting to complex fuel conditions including high inlet concentration (40g/Nm³), high received base ash content (33.42%), high total moisture (10%), and high sulfur content (2.65%). The system achieves stable dust emissions below 10mg/Nm³, meeting ultra-low emission standards.
