Rotary Crushing
The rotating crushing rotor (rotating speed 15-30 rpm) can quickly crush the lumps at the bottom of the cement storage area, with a processing capacity of up to 1000 m³/h. Compared to manual cleaning, the efficiency is increased by more than 50%. Rotary crushing can adapt to different particle size requirements, and the uniformity of the crushed materials has been significantly improved.


Overload Protection
Upon detecting an overload current, the electronic control system triggers reverse rotation within 0.5 seconds, automatically discharging the jammed material and restoring normal rotation. The entire process requires no manual intervention. Meanwhile, the mechanical overpressure plate and the electronic sensor work together, ensuring safety even if a single system fails.
5-30mm precise control for particle size
The lump breaker has excellent granularity control capabilities, allowing for different particle sizes by adjusting the discharge opening. Precise control of granularity makes subsequent processing more efficient and reduces the production of defective products. At the same time, lump breaker can minimize over-crushing, reduce energy consumption, and improve economic efficiency.


Modular Structure
The lump breaker incorporates multiple functional modules, such as the feeding module, crushing module, discharging module and control module, allowing each module to operate independently. Standardized interfaces are adopted among each module, facilitating quick connection and disassembly, thereby enhancing the efficiency of replacement and maintenance.

NM400 steel resists severe wear during crushing, extending equipment lifespan. Its excellent impact resistance ensures stable operation under high loads, reducing failures. NM400’s processing capabilities allow for the manufacturing of complex lumps breaker bodies, meeting various operational needs.

NM500 rotors in lump breaker machine provide high wear resistance and impact toughness. With a hardness of 500 HB, they withstand intense wear, extending lifespan. Compared to other materials, NM500 has superior abrasion resistance, making it ideal for hard materials. Its excellent machinability enables the production of complex rotor shapes for various operational needs.

The lump breaker’s motor has a protection rating of IP65 or higher, preventing sparks and high temperatures from causing explosions, ensuring safety in flammable environments. With ATEX motor, the lump breaker operates efficiently and safely in hazardous conditions, enhancing overall system reliability.

Flanged connections provide good sealing, effectively preventing medium leakage and ensuring lump breaker system safety.
