The PPCS Series Pulse Jet Dust Collector operates on a high-pressure pulse-jet cleaning principle. Dust-laden air enters the housing where particles are captured on the exterior surface of filter bags, while clean air passes through the filtration media. When dust accumulation reaches a predetermined thickness, the pulse control unit activates solenoid valves to release compressed air (0.4-0.6MPa) through blow pipes, creating reverse jets that cause rapid bag expansion and vibration to dislodge accumulated dust into the hopper. Featuring compartmentalized sequential cleaning and PLC intelligent control, the system maintains continuous operation without shutdown, delivering stable filtration efficiency exceeding 99.5% while operating at optimal resistance levels between 800-1500Pa.
