Pulse jet dust collector is a special type of bag type dust removal system, which is widely used in industrial filtration and air pollution control. “Pulse jet dust remover” refers to its cleaning mechanism – compressed air reverse jet, fast pulse through the filter, to remove the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag or filter cartridge fabric.
The pulse jet dust collector working principle relies on compressed air bursts to clean filter bags efficiently. During operation:
-
Filtration – Dust-laden air passes through filter bags, trapping particles on the surface while clean air flows through.
-
Pulse Cleaning – When pressure drop reaches a set value, the PLC control system triggers pulse valves (0.2-0.7MPa) to blast compressed air into the bags, creating reverse airflow that dislodges dust into the hopper.
Key Components:
✓ Filter bags (Polyester/PTFE) – Primary dust barrier
✓ Pulse valves (Solenoid/diaphragm) – Precise air release control
✓ Air receiver tank – Stabilizes blowback pressure
Technical Advantages:
• Adjustable cleaning intensity (adapts to dust characteristics)
• Supports online/offline cleaning modes
• 99.9%+ efficiency (emissions <10mg/m³ verified)
► Cement Industry: Kiln inlet/outlet gas treatment
► Metallurgy: Blast furnace gas purification
► Chemical Industry: Plastic pellet recovery
► Wood Processing: Sanding dust collection
